POWERED BY FLEX SPORTS
The JAG Elite Summer Camp delivers one of the most intensive weeks of hockey development available for serious athletes. Five days. Three ice sessions daily.
Every session is capped at 16 players. Every athlete gets seen, corrected, and pushed. No hiding. No getting lost in the group.
Most camps give you one. JAG gives you three, each building on the last. From skating foundations in the morning to full compete situations in the afternoon.
Coaches with experience across professional leagues, junior hockey, and NCAA programs. They have walked the path your athlete is trying to walk.
Daily classroom sessions covering mental performance, video analysis, and nutrition. Development happens on the ice and in the mind.
Dryland training, stretch and recovery, and mobility work built into every day. Athletes leave in mid-season shape, conditioned not just trained.
Not an ID camp. Not a pre-tryout skate. A safe, structured space where mistakes are part of the process and growth is the only goal.
For serious hockey players, a typical summer camp often looks like this:
The schedule is full. The development is not.
The summer comes and the training begins, but if the reps are not intentional and the coaching is not personal, it is a missed opportunity during a critical window.
Athletes and families begin to ask:
Families are not doing anything wrong. The standard summer camp model simply was not designed for athletes who are serious about their development.
Serious athletes deserve a training environment where they are seen, corrected, and pushed with intention. JAG restructures the week so athletes arrive at tryouts transformed, not just trained.
JAG was built for athletes and families who want genuine development, not just a busy week. Who understand that quality reps beat volume. Who want their athlete pushed, not managed.
Individual attention drives real improvement
Elite compete levels are built, not discovered
Development happens on the ice and in the mind
One intentional week can change an entire season

“Flex Sports Academy has been the perfect fit — balancing our son’s high-level hockey schedule with flexible academics, and giving him a school he truly wants to attend.”
“We are incredibly grateful for the experience our Grade 7 student has had with FlexSports this year. The coaches and classroom teachers have created a supportive, encouraging environment where he felt motivated to attend and grow, he loves going to school. Their mentorship, impressive depth of knowledge and experience, and positive energy have not only strengthened his hockey skills but also helped build his confidence, character, and self-worth. The program strikes a wonderful balance between athletics and academics, with flexible scheduling that allows students to pursue their passion for hockey while staying engaged in their education. It has been a truly meaningful and positive part of our child’s development this year.”

Choosing the right development path matters. Here are answers to the questions we hear most often.
The camp fee is $999 per athlete. This includes your athlete’s camp jersey. There are no additional fees for the standard camp program.
JAG Elite Summer Camp runs two separate weeks with groups divided by age. Week 1 (August 3 to 7): U11 and U13. Week 2 (August 10 to 14): U15, U17, and U18/Jr. Prep.
JAG is designed for athletes competing at or aspiring to AA and AAA levels. That said, competitive tier is not the only factor. Athletes who bring the right mindset and a genuine commitment to development are considered. If you are unsure whether your athlete is the right fit, apply and we will be in touch.
The fee includes five full days of training (8:30am to 3:45pm), three daily on-ice sessions, dryland training, classroom sessions covering mindset and nutrition, stretch and recovery work, and your athlete’s camp jersey.
No. JAG is a development environment, not an ID camp or scouting showcase. Athletes are here to learn, make mistakes, and grow. There is no roster evaluation happening. The only goal is development.
Yes. Jeff runs a year-round mentorship program for athletes who want to continue their development beyond the camp. This is an eight-month program with weekly on-ice sessions and monthly one-on-one check-ins. Spots are limited and are offered to the camp community first.
JAG uses a strict small-group model to ensure every athlete gets individual coaching attention and meaningful reps throughout the week. This is not a policy. It is how the development system works.
Enrollment is application-based and space is limited by design.
