  • Game-Scenario Repetitions: Position-specific drills, small-area battles, and situational hockey IQ development.
  • Elite-Level Shooting & Stickhandling: Precision shooting under pressure, deceptive puck control, and rapid decision-making.
  • Dynamic Dryland Training: Hockey specific strength, agility, and conditioning to fuel on-ice dominance.
  • Flexibility & Recovery: Yoga, mobility work, and injury prevention strategies to maximize performance.
