Weekly On-Ice Mentorship Session
Your athlete receives one structured, high-quality, on-ice session per week focused entirely on individual development. Unlike team practices, mentorship ice is built around skill growth: skating mechanics, edge control, positional details, puck handling, shooting technique, and hockey IQ. Sessions are taught in small groups so your athlete gets personalized coaching, benchmarks, and consistent feedback.
Advisory & Athlete Guidance Services
Your mentor, along with the Flex team, work directly with families to help them make informed decisions about the hockey pathway that includes league selection, team choice, academic balance, tryout preparation, long-term development planning, tournament involvement and progression timing. This service gives families clarity and removes the guesswork during stressful decision-making periods.
Off-Ice Training Assistance & Program Building
We help families identify proper strength and conditioning programs that will help make athletes strong, faster and less prone to injury. Whether it’s partnering with trusted local trainers, recommending age-appropriate training cycles, or monitoring the athlete’s off-ice habits. We guide athletes through mobility, speed work, recovery, and long-term athletic development principles to ensure safe and optimal physical gains
