Thursdays from October 9 to May. Maximum of 8 skaters. Small group sessions, 8 players maximum, training with Jeff Gardner. This program will start the first week of October and run until the end of May. Players will get an individualized development plan for the entire season. Small group training sessions allow for the maximization of development. When we instruct in smaller groups, we are able to give direct and instant feedback. We don’t believe in just skating and continuing with the same old bad habits. Players need to be thinking about how and why they are doing what they are doing. The small group sessions allow us to stop and directly target the exact needs of each player. We believe in the small-group training philosophy and want to maximize the benefits of each individual’s time on the ice.
Throughout the course of the season, players will also receive three formalized written feedback reports outlining next steps, areas for growth, and what we have accomplished.This program also grants full advisor access with Jeff Gardner
